Customer Service Representative (New Accounts) (Ennis, TX)

Job Overview: We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented, and detail-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and managing new customer accounts, including checking, savings, and business accounts. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, explaining banking products, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open new personal, business, and joint accounts, ensuring all required documentation and forms are accurately completed.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bank products and services based on their financial needs.
  • Verify customer identity and perform necessary background checks to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding account setup, banking services, and general financial information.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information within the bank’s systems.
  • Guide customers through the process of online banking enrollment, mobile apps, and other digital banking services.
  • Process account changes, closures, and updates in accordance with bank procedures.
  • Promote and cross-sell additional bank products and services.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols to ensure the protection of customer and bank information.
  • Stay informed about the bank’s products, services, promotions, and any regulatory changes.

Working Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual a plus.

Teller- Full-Time (Ennis, TX)

Job Overview: The Bank Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. Tellers are also tasked with maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with banking transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring discrepancies are reported.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend and promote bank products.
  • Detect and report any fraudulent or suspicious activity, adhering to bank security protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure the branch environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. Bilingual a plus.
